When Minnie and Peter Craske relocated to the historic spa town of Tunbridge Wells they were determined to realise their dream of tracking down an elegant Victorian townhouse. After searching in vain the couple couldn"t believe their luck when one morning a For Sale sign appeared outside the very property they'd been admiring practically every day for months. "It was incredible" Minnie says. "While patiently biding our time living in rented accommodation We'd been eyeing up this charming period house just along the street. When we finally walked in for our first viewing the property surpassed all expectations " it was as if it had been tailor-made for us.".
