The home owner's son, architect Alberto Carbi, designed the house as a place for generations of the family to gather. The center of the house is a glass cube integrating the interior within its environment in perfect harmony. The interior design was overseen by the owner with a special collaboration with interior designer Alfred Fellinger. "This house is unique: It’s made up of a double-height central glass cube integrating a huge sitting room with a fantastic dining room. Besides the design and fabulous furniture choice, it displays an important collection of fine art and sculpture. The white walls and ceiling together with the big windows transform this house into an unsurpassed habitat. ”
